MENARINI: new investment in Tuscany


The Menarini Group has acquired the former Longinotti area of Sesto Fiorentino (FIorence): a space of 100,000 square meters of which about 50,000 is building area for industrial use. With this acquisition, it is planned to recover the disused area, which will be redeveloped to satisfy any future company needs.

"In recent years we have evaluated many interesting proposals in various European countries, also accompanied by interesting incentives for investments - said Alberto Giovanni Aleotti, member of the Board of the Menarini Group - our desire, however, was and is to stay in the Tuscan and Florentine territory, where our headquarters are located. The identification of a suitable area in the surroundings of Florence was not easy and has engaged us for a long time, and we are particularly happy with the acquisition of this area which will allow us to have an expansion lung".
