Celebrating International Women’s Day means recognizing the depth of a cultural transformation already underway. March 8th stands today as a milestone in a growing collective awareness: an acknowledgment of the inherent value women bring to every area of life, and a shared resolve to build a society that does not simply make room for them, but genuinely sees them.

To mark the occasion, Menarini has created a video featuring the faces of the many women who work across our Group – a project conceived to honor their contribution and amplify two guiding messages: Leading the change, defining the future and Upgrading the world, one woman at a time.

Please note that you will never receive a fraudulent employment offer or any other similar claim from us, because we do not provide any recruitment services. Moreover, we will never ask you for money in exchange for employment opportunities or other similar services. Any such offer of employment or any other service in exchange for fees that claims to be from us is deceitful and part of a fraud.

Criminal and/or civil liabilities may arise from such actions and we intend to cooperate with competent law enforcement agencies. Accordingly, we would ask you to immediately get in touch with us upon receiving a suspicious offer or claim and additionally notify the police or other competent authority.

In any case, please disregard any written or oral request related to a job offer or an interview that you believe is or might be fraudulent or suspicious.

Fake Job Awareness

Fake job advertisements are increasingly appearing on the internet and social media. Please be aware of employment scams where people or entities misuse Menarini or Stemline's names to post fake job advertisements.

How to protect against a fake job scam:

  • Never pay for anything in response to a job application or offer.
  • If you receive an offer for a job, you did not apply for, it is fake.

  • Menarini or Stemline never post jobs on Facebook; if you see one, it is a scam.
  • Watch out for badly written emails or emails not coming from an official Menarini or Stemline company domain.
  • Always check the official company Menarini-Stemline website to ensure that the job exists.
  • Listen to your instincts; if you suspect a scam, it probably is.
