Washington, October 2025 – A recognition coming from the heart of the United States, celebrating the entrepreneurial vision of those who have passionately led an Italian company toward a global dimension. Lucia and Alberto Giovanni Aleotti, shareholders and members of Menarini’s Board, have been awarded the Italpress Award, presented by the Italpress news agency as part of the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the NIAF (National Italian American Foundation) - an event that annually honors individuals and organizations that enhance and promote the excellence of Made in Italy worldwide.

The award was presented to Lucia and Alberto Giovanni Aleotti “for having successfully guided Menarini toward a global dimension, transforming it into one of the most recognized companies in the international pharmaceutical landscape. Their decision to reinvest all profits into the Group’s growth has strengthened the company’s research and internationalization, with Menarini now present in 140 countries. With the acquisition of Stemline Therapeutics in New York, Menarini opened a new chapter in the history of oncology, becoming synonymous with innovation, quality, and social commitment — a journey that reflects the strength of Italian leadership in the world.”
