The 38th European Congress of Pathology (ECP 2026) will be held in Stockholm, Sweden, from 12 to 16 September 2026, at the Stockholmsmässan congress centre. Organized by the European Society of Pathology (ESP) in collaboration with the Swedish Society of Pathology, this event is the premier gathering for the global pathology community, expected to attract over 5,000 pathologists, clinicians, molecular biologists, and researchers.

Under the theme "Innovation Driving Excellence in Pathology," the congress will explore the rapid evolution of diagnostic medicine. The scientific programme focuses on the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as digital pathology and artificial intelligence, into daily clinical practice.
