HR Systems Administrator (Rif. HRSA)

The HR Systems Administrator will be an integrated part of the HR Department based in Menarini Headquarter in Florence (Italy).


The job holder supports the implementation of HRIS in the affiliates (30%):

  • Support in the creation and in the execution of UAT (user acceptance test) and release of the system
  • Support the users on the daily use of the system
  • Support the collection of the requirements for the development of the functional specifications.


The job holder supports the implementation of HRIS in HQ/ Italy (70%):

  • Support in the creation and in the execution of UAT (user acceptance test) and release of the system
  • Support the users on the daily use of the system and serves as an Internal Helpdesk.


Required requisites

Experience and qualification

  • Degree (any discipline), with at least 3 years of HRIS Administration experience
  • Prior experience with implementation of Lumesse HR systems will be advantageous. Otherwise, prior experiences in at least two other HR systems implementation (e.g. SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle etc) is preferred
  • Knowledge of HR process as well as knowledge of trends and the ability to be creative and innovate with regard to business opportunities
  • Experience in HR system migration or upgrade
  • Experience in HR processes automation.

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written (Italian and English)
  • Meticulous and highly organized
  • Strong collaboration and follow-up skills on the appropriate solutions to implement
  • An ability to consult between internal stakeholders (HR as well as other end-users) and vendor teams to drive the tactful resolution of problems
  • Self-motivated and driven.
