A concert for patients with multiple sclerosis in Singapore

Over 1,000 spectators and almost $20,000 for victims of multiple sclerosis: the results of a benefit concert to raise funds for patients in need of health care. Menarini Singapore made an important contribution to Project Aeipathy. In addition to organising a high tea with patients before the concert, the company’s employees were also involved in ticket sales. Multiple sclerosis is a neurological autoimmune disease which primarily affects young adults and can, over time, lead to very serious motor impairment. At present, there is no cure, and the drugs which can help manage symptoms are expensive and often unaffordable for economically disadvantaged people, which is why initiatives like this one are so important for raising awareness among the population.
