5 single-use applications
Agena Blocagin is an adjuvant in the treatment of vulvovaginitis caused by Candida. The use of a specific jelling agent, tara gum, through the formation of a hydrogel, sets up a barrier against vaginal pathogens just a few minutes after application in the vagina. The presence of two specific probiotics, Lactobacillus Fermentum LF11 and Lactobacillus Salivarius CRL 1328, reinforces the barrier effect and thanks to the production of organic acids creates an unfavourable environment for the propagation and persistence of a Candida infection. Fructo-oligosaccharides and arabinogalactan ensure faster action.
One application daily for 5 days is recommended (attack approach). 1 application/week (maintenance therapy). 1 application after each menstrual cycle (to restore vaginal bacterial flora)
