- get technical assistance, instructions and advice over the phone on the use of our self-monitoring products for glycemia control
- receive support material for the instrument’s correct use
- substitute free of charge a broken instrument still under warranty
- receive informative/educational material
- receive a daily agenda
- make suggestions or claims about our products and services
