Organisation, Management and Control Model
For many years, A. Menarini IFR S.r.l. has defined and adopted a specific Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to the Legislative Decree 231/2001, and keeping it updated in line with the changes occurred in the organizational structure, in the operating processes and with the legislative developments. Moreover, a 231 Supervisory Body has been appointed, as an independent and professional body with the aim of supervising the proper functioning of and the compliance with the Model, as well as promoting its constant update.
Particular attention is paid to communication and training initiatives for the Company’s employees and consultants on the contents of the Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Model, as well as the way in which its provisions have been implemented.

The Menarini Code of Ethics
A. Menarini IFR S.r.l. places the principles of ethics and integrity at the forefront of its daily activities and enhances them through the adoption of its own Code of Ethics. This Code, in line with the Global Code of Conduct and with the ethical rules of Farmindustria, is an integral part of the Company's Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Each employee must respect and enforce the Code and strengthen its application through a compliant and responsible conduct.

Reporting Channels to the 231 Supervisory Body
A. Menarini IFR S.r.l. has set up whistleblowing-dedicated channels (as listed below) directed to the 231 Supervisory Body in order to encourage the reporting of any potential violations of the Model and/or any relevant offences pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001:
